There’s nothing quite like flying through space and time, completely independently, just you and your thoughts, a good album and a bottomless cup of coffee. @titanwallschicago what an adventure!! ☀️ 🎨 🍻 @muros.co had me out to paint @altitudechicago last week and I finally got to bring this piece to fruition 🏎 💨 This artwork has gone through so many revisions and has actually been submitted to multiple projects but never really made the cut, oddly enough I’m very glad for that because I think it gave me time to really find the right way to make it work. The colors are definitely more experimental for me, and the subject matter just hits close to home. I love road trips and commuting, and having made an effort to make road trips instead of flying for projects the past several years, I was glad to paint an homage to those experiences ❤️ Titan Walls was incredible this year and I got to meet and work alongside some incredible artists and truly incredible personalities. @gfb3 and @yoyocam (two of the kindest people I’ve met in my life) painted to my left, @erickarbeling painted a massive (and complicated) piece around the corner from me, @sub_urban_warrior and @wing.chow crushed their piece adjacent to us, @macblackout @tarboxx2 @thekillamari @jasladiosa painted @brewyards and @thomasturner_tt and @kiptoe1 painted a hop skip and away. It’s really inspiring to be around so many creative people that are choosing to do what they love. Got some proper hangout time with @vinco_chi who also came through with the beautiful shots 📸
