WRAPPED UP

In this piece I’ve chosen to focus on the relationship between the mental health of our friends and family, and our own mental health and well being. I felt that it was important to, even briefly, share some of my own experience with this, and try to shed some light on the weight that our closest relationships have on us. We do our best to move through life and take care of our own responsibilities, but what happens when its not just our own personal hurdles that occupy our minds?

Third Space DSM and Iowa Art Force gave me complete and total creative freedom on this piece, and I can’t express how much of a game changer this is for this work. Thank you for allowing me to share this artwork and idea with the world.
